Cooter Deliveries

Fulfillment Infrastructure. Open to All.

The last-mile and supply chain delivery layer for Bharat’s Tier 2 and 3 clusters. B2B and B2C. Built for the Cooter ecosystem and deliberately open to every business outside it too.

The Core Principle

Logistics should be shared.

Not hoarded.

Most platforms build private logistics networks locked to their ecosystem, used as a moat. Cooter Deliveries is different. We believe every business in Bharat deserves equal access to fulfillment infrastructure. So we made it open.

Cooter Deliveries - Open to any business

Open to Any Business

Any business, inside or outside the Cooter ecosystem can access Cooter Deliveries. No ecosystem lock-in. No exclusivity. If you need a delivery made in the cluster, it’s available to you.

Cooter Deliveries integrates across systems

Integrates Across Systems

Cooter Deliveries is built to integrate with other platforms and systems, not just Cooter Store and Now. The infrastructure layer doesn’t require you to use anything else we build.

Cooter Deliveries - Equal opportunities

Equal Opportunity

A small kirana and a larger mini-mart get access to the same delivery infrastructure. Cooter doesn’t give preferential treatment to bigger partners or those who pay more.

Two delivery types.

One infrastructure.

Cooter Deliveries handles both directions of the supply chain i.e., goods moving between businesses (B2B) and goods moving to end consumers (B2C). Same infrastructure, different flows.

B2B: Supply Chain Movement

From supplier to retailer across the chain

1

Retailer places a procurement order:

Order placed via Cooter Store’s procurement module digitally, with the supplier notified instantly.

2

Supplier confirms and prepares stock:

Supplier’s Store dashboard shows the order. Goods are picked, packed, and marked ready for collection.

3

Delivery partner collects from supplier:

A trained partner with appropriate vehicle capacity picks up the B2B shipment from the supplier’s warehouse or store.

4

Delivered and confirmed at retailer:

Stock received, verified against the order, and automatically updated in the retailer’s Store inventory.

B2C: Last-Mile Delivery

From retailer to consumer’s door

1

Consumer places an order on Cooter Now:

Order confirmed at the retailer’s Cooter Store dashboard. Stock availability verified in real-time.

2

Delivery partner is assigned:

The nearest trained delivery partner or available gig worker within the cluster is assigned to the order.

3

Pickup from the store:

Partner picks up the packed order from the retailer. Verification step ensures accuracy before dispatch.

4

Delivery to the consumer:

Order delivered to the consumer’s door within the cluster. Confirmation logged to both Store and Circle.

Trained partners. Flexible workforce.

Standardised process.

Cooter Deliveries

Trained Delivery Partners

A core network of vetted, trained delivery partners who understand Cooter’s standards, know the cluster geography, and handle higher-trust B2B and priority B2C deliveries.

Flexible Gig Workers

A flexible pool of gig workers to handle demand spikes, extend coverage, and support high-volume periods operating under the same standardised process framework as trained partners.

Cooter Deliveries doesn’t rely entirely on gig workers, nor does it build a rigid full-time fleet. We operate a hybrid model that balances reliability, accountability, and flexibility for Tier 2/3 city conditions.

Who can use

Cooter Deliveries?

The short answer: anyone in the cluster. Inside the Cooter ecosystem, Outside it. Cooter-powered, third-party platform, or independent. The infrastructure is open.

Cooter Deliveries

Built on three non-negotiables

These aren’t aspirations. They’re the principles baked into how Cooter Deliveries is designed, priced, and operated from day one.

No Interference in Partner Operations

Cooter Deliveries is a service layer. It does not take commissions on what partners sell, does not control their pricing, and does not use delivery data to compete against them.

Routing and pricing logic is optimised to reduce supply chain costs so products reach consumers at the best possible price. Not to maximise platform take-rate.

We’re working toward a Fair Gig Employment Framework to protect delivery partners not just optimise their cost. Cooter’s model should work for everyone
in the chain.

Cooter Deliveries

Deliveries completes the elevate layer

Every order discovery on Now ends with a Deliveries fulfillment. Every B2B procurement in Store moves via Deliveries. The loop is complete.

Cooter Circle

Cooter Store

Cooter Now

Cooter Deliveries

The fulfillment layer that closes every order loop B2B and B2C and stays open to the whole cluster.
